2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods (such as product launches, holidays, or promotional events), processing may take slightly longer. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated shipping times after dispatch:

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • Luxembourg, France, Germany: 3–6 business days

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. We offer free standard shipping on orders above €100 within the EU.
