Returns & Exchanges

At Emerveil, we take great care in crafting and delivering our fragrances. We hope you are delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it;
- Returned within 14 days of delivery;
- Packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used perfume bottles.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team at info@takimarketim.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return address once your request is approved.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange your product for the same item, contact us at info@takimarketim.com before returning your order.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within 48 hours of receiving it, including clear photos of the product and packaging. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Opened or used fragrances;
- Gift cards or promotional items;
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an order from outside the EU, please ensure that the parcel is clearly marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid import duties. Emerveil is not responsible for customs fees incurred on incorrectly declared returns.
